These terms apply to your use of Stamplic, run by Dogukan Aksakal. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Stamplic lets businesses offer digital loyalty cards that customers keep in their phone wallet. Rewards are offered by each business. Stamplic is not responsible for the rewards or offers a business chooses to give.

Business accounts

• Keep your PIN secret and do not share your account.
• Owners are responsible for the staff accounts they create and for how their business uses the service.
• Only add stamps and give rewards for real purchases or visits, as set by your business.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• create cards or stamps automatically or in bulk;
• try to guess PINs or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with the service or try to break its security.

We may suspend or remove accounts or cards that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Availability

We work to keep Stamplic running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop parts of the service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by interruptions to the service or by rewards or offers given by businesses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
